Swimming Lessons

 

Another year of swimming lessons done! The kids both did so great, minus a few weeks where Brody decided he didn't want to even go to the pool! They both passed their lessons, but really no where to go from here until they are 5 or so.

This girl would be a whole lot cuter, if she could just keep her face clean!

A few new things

Mary Ellen, my hat is getting a little small!

Bayler has been busy getting bigger and experiencing new things. He had a little taste of rice cereal and was indifferent about it. Didn't love it, didn't hate it. I'm ok with the AAP recommending waiting til 6 months for solids. We are in no hurry.
He also got to play outside for a bit and go on his first golf cart ride! He liked being outdoors, but our family of 5 is  a  little snug on the golf cart. Don't worry, Ryan is already researching something bigger (and much more expensive).

Bayler: Four Months

This little beauty had the stomach flu for the second time in a month yesterday. She is feeling better, but a little pale. She wanted Grandma to take her picture, too.

BIG NIGHT

This little guy is having a big night. He is testing out his crib for the very first time! As I was getting his room ready I realized I haven't posted any pictures of it yet. It doesn't have all the finishing touches, but you get the picture!

Don't mind the clutter on the changing table- it is mostly being used for storage at this point!

My computer was being super slow uploading this evening, and in the time it took to post this, Bayler slept about twenty minutes in his crib. Its a start, right:)

Bayler- 4 months

Bayler had his 4 month check up today. Pictures will probably come closer to 5 months:)
He was 14 lbs 14 oz (35th percentile) and 25 inches (38th percentile). I was a little surprised, he seems bigger to me and you would really think he has grown more than 2.75 inches since birth! Really makes me think that 22.25 inches he was born at was a bit of a stretch!!
Doctor said he looks perfect and was amazed at how content he was. Barely made a peep even with two shots.
