I got to go swimming again this weekend-and I had even more fun than last time. No big lip for me, I was ready to swim right away. I even paddled this time and kicked my legs. They give us toys to dive for, but I have more fun chewing on them and mama puts them on my head. The best part, again, was going down the slide. I am such a big boy I go down all by myself! 
My mama took me to see the bunnies on Friday. We had to wait for almost an hour and if you know anything about my patience (its similar to my mommies) you can only imagine how hard it was for me to be good that long. Mama let me run around the whole store and play in all the plants and dirt, just so I woulnd't cry! After all that waiting I finally got to see the bunnies. They were so cool- that little one tried to get away from me, but I grabbed it, and pulled it back. And that big one just sat by me the entire time. I was a good boy, and I didn't pull their ears! 
I have to do chores around the house to earn my keep. I help unloaad the dishwasher and sweep the floors. I have someone checking into child labor laws for me- but for now I'll settle for a BIG allowance. 
Spring has sprung, which means playing outside! This weekend I got to ride the 4-wheeler with Grandpa. I went to the park and played on the swings and went down the slide. I tried to eat a lot of dirt and rocks too. I just love the outdoors!
I started swimming lessons on Saturday. My cousin EJ is in my class and so are lots of other kids. I was a little nervous at first, but once we got use to the water it was nothing but FUN! We sang songs and played games. I even got to jump off the side of the pool into the water. The best part was going down the slide. I went down twice BY MYSELF! Mama was nervous but she let me go. I'll make someone take a picture of that next time.
I had a wonderful weekend. My favorite part was playing outside. I played so much on Sunday that I missed my nap. By the time supper came I couldn't even keep my eyes open. I love the Spring weather and am so excited to play outside all summer long.
We went for lunch on Sunday at Papa Jones's house. We were celebrating all the March Birthday's (Dawn and Darcy, Daddy, and Amy). All the cousins in my generation were there so we posed for a picture. There's Morgan, Hunter, Trinity, and me! In August we will have another baby to add to this picture. I can't wait!!
I got to go to a concert Saturday night. And Uncle Nate was the singer! The show didn't start until 8:00 and I am usually in bed before that. I had so much fun listening to the music, running around the dance floor and sitting on dad and Papa's lap. I even danced just a little, but I had to be really close to the speaker so I could hear the beat. I had such a great time, I hope I get to go to more shows. I took my first steps on February 7th. It took me a few weeks to steady my balance but I think I have it down. I am getting so fast, mama says its more like running these days! I still take a few falls, but I get right back up and go again. Crawling is for babies- and I am such a big boy. I will be 11 months old this week and plans for my big party are already being discussed. I can't wait!
