The grandparents did daycare for us this week as Shel was in Mexico. Grammy Tammy was here on Monday and Tuesday, and Grandpa had them on Wednesday and Thursday. Brody and Grandpa cut out pictures of combines, tractors, sprayers and some other things I can't name (but he can!). Thanks for helping out!

Photoshop Fun
My mom took a picture of the lights on her Christmas tree and then merged it with a picture of Brenley. She says she is getting ready for next year's Christmas card.

The Pool!
We took the kids to the pool in Lake Crystal for some fun this afternoon. They both loved it! Brody was up and down the slide so many times. Brenley liked the slide, too, despite the fact that her trips down weren't always so smooth.

Playing with Grandma
Grandma got some new chairs and Brenley got some new tights for Christmas, so today they played for a while.
Brody always helps set everything up and he wanted a picture of his new Christmas toys. When it was his turn though, he had time for two snaps and then he was done.

Bouncy House!
Brody and Brenley got a bouncy house for Christmas, so this afternoon we inflated it in the family room. Brody jumped like crazy and threw himself down the slide. Brenley had fun just trying to stay on her feet, but eventually started doing the slide head-first! It just might be the perfect answer to long Minnesota winters!

Christmas Crazy!
Christmas started when Santa came early on Christmas Eve morning.
At Taid's after church, there was a sea of presents.
Brenley stayed safe on Daddy's lap.
Brody liked his John Deere blanket that Mary Ellen made him.
Christmas morning found all the Joneses except Beth, and Josh and Lindsay, at our house for brunch. The highlight was a surprise gift that we put together for Connie that will include a "Jones Women" outing and overnight early in February.
All of the kids had a blast, inside and out.
Christmas night was supper and gifts at Grandpa and Grandma Jones' house. Brenley mostly wanted to climb on the gifts, and then just decided there were too many!
Brody was buried behind his mound of Mickey-wrapped presents.
We are off to Grandma Tammy's in the morning for the last of the Christmases. It's been a lot of fun this year!

Merry Christmas!
Adorable! In case it looks too easy:
Originally, there were more props,
a cute headband,
a lot of silly smiles,
an attempt at "hug your sister",
and definitely done! Merry Christmas everyone!
