FEED ME

Here are these two being goofy again. We went to Taid's for supper last week and Brody and Everett wanted nothing to do with supper until they decided it would be more fun to feed each other. They got way more on the floor but did manage to to get a little in their mouths!

TUMMYTIME

We've been trying to do tummy time daily with Brenley since she missed a few weeks while she was in the hospital. As you can she, she doesn't love it yet! She does ok for awhile and then wants nothing more to do with it.

FAMILY CHRISTMAS

We finally celebrated all of our family Christmases last weekend. Friday night was at our house with my mom and dad, and Uncle Nate and Aunt Heidi. Brody had so much fun opening presents. He got some great stuff- his favorites from that night included his alphabet magnets, wooden block set, his choo-choo stocking, and his kitchen. He was serving up hamburgers and coffee all night!
Brenley was there too! She got a ballerina stocking, a tummy time mat, and some cute toys.

DOCTOR

Brenley went to the Mankato Clinic yesterday for a check up and we kind of felt like celebrities while we were there! A few doctors and nurses came to sneak a peek at her and all expressed how glad they were to hear we made it home. She really is our little miracle baby:) She weighed 7 lbs 3 oz which is in the 6th percentile. The doctor said she's still in the normal range, but would like to see her pack on some pounds before her 2 month visit. They checked her oxygen levels (100%) and said her lungs sounded great. We have a healthy baby on our hands. Dr. recommended to still be cautious taking her to crowded places and stay away from sick people but for the most part she is out of the woods. It was very reassuring to hear. We did get her a Rx for some reflux medicine. She seems to have some pain associated with feedings so we are going to see if the medicine helps. At least she isn't a super spitter like her brother was!

Brenley took her first real bath the night before her appointment and LOVED it, until she had to get out!
